In a moment of pure desperation I concocted this dinner: rice, green beans, carrots, hot dog, soy sauce, pineapple, egg…a fried rice, if you will. I marketed it as “arroz fantastico!” It was gobbled down by both little people and dubbed by Joseph: The bestest dinner I have ever had in my whole life. And it also earned a: Thank you for making this delicious dinner. I love you Mommy!
